  1. 1. Peel the oranges completely with a sharp knife, removing the white pith as well. Slice them crosswise into about 0.5 cm thick slices and catch the juice that comes out.
  2. 2. Mix Marsala, orange liqueur, and the collected orange juice with the vanilla. Pour the marinade over the orange slices and let them marinate for 1 hour. Arrange the slices with some sauce in dessert bowls and garnish with mint.
