🍽️ Orange and Rosemary Marinated Olives

Ingredients
- 300 ml olive oil
- 100 ml orange juice
- 400 g green olives
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 untreated orange (4 tbsp grated orange zest)
- 6 thin orange slices (untreated)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the olive oil and orange juice into a small saucepan.
- 2. Heat the mixture on the stove until it is warm.
- 3. Cut the rosemary sprigs in half lengthwise.
- 4. Peel the orange and slice it into thin rounds.
- 5. Place the olives, halved rosemary sprigs, orange peel, and orange slices into the jars.
- 6. Pour the warm olive oil and orange juice mixture over the ingredients in the jars.
- 7. Seal the jars tightly with a lid.
- 8. Store the jars in the refrigerator.
- 9. Let the olives marinate for at least three weeks before consuming.
