Ingredients
- olives (200 g each green and black)
- 1 lemon (sliced)
- juice of one lemon
- 3 bay leaves
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- 1. Place the olives, lemon juice, olive oil, bay leaves, and chopped parsley in a bowl and mix everything well.
- 2. Place the lemon slices on top, cover the bowl, and let the mixture infuse for a few days.
