  1. 1. Peel one onion, one clove of garlic, and a piece of ginger.
  2. 2. Dice the vegetables into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the cubes into a bowl.
  4. 4. Add yogurt, honey, lime juice, curry powder, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  5. 5. Blend the ingredients into a smooth marinade using a hand blender.
  6. 6. Rinse the veal cutlets under cold water.
  7. 7. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  8. 8. Cut the meat into 2 cm thick strips.
  9. 9. Cut the strips into 4 cm long pieces.
  10. 10. Add the meat pieces to the marinade.
  11. 11. Let the meat marinate for 6 to 8 hours.
  12. 12. Ideally, let the skewers marinate overnight.
  13. 13. Peel the remaining onions.
  14. 14. Halve the onions.
  15. 15. Peel the mango.
  16. 16. Slice the flesh into 2 cm thick slices away from the pit.
  17. 17. Dice the mango slices.
  18. 18. Peel the pineapple.
  19. 19. Remove the hard core from the center.
  20. 20. Slice the fruit into 2 cm thick slices.
  21. 21. Dice the pineapple slices.
  22. 22. Remove the meat from the marinade.
  23. 23. Thread the meat, onion halves, and mango and pineapple cubes alternately onto 8 skewers.
  24. 24. Preheat your grill.
  25. 25. Grill the skewers for 12 to 15 minutes on the hot grill.
  26. 26. Turn the skewers several times during cooking.
