  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the chicken meat into bite-sized cubes.
  4. 4. Rinse the chili pepper under running water.
  5. 5. Cut the chili pepper in half lengthwise.
  6. 6. Remove the seeds and white pith from the chili.
  7. 7. Finely chop the chili.
  8. 8. Whisk the oil in a bowl with the soy sauce.
  9. 9. Add the grated ginger to the marinade.
  10. 10. Add the curry powder.
  11. 11. Add the lime juice.
  12. 12. Sprinkle in the sugar.
  13. 13. Add the mustard to the mixture.
  14. 14. Season with black pepper.
  15. 15. Stir the finely chopped chili into the marinade.
  16. 16. Add the chicken cubes to the marinade.
  17. 17. Mix everything well so that the meat is evenly coated.
  18. 18. Cover the bowl.
  19. 19. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  20. 20. Preheat the grill.
  21. 21. Thread the marinated meat onto four wooden skewers.
