  3. 3. Break the wings into two pieces at the joints.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, and paprika powder in a bowl.
  6. 6. Squeeze the garlic into the yogurt mixture.
  7. 7. Toss the chicken pieces in the marinade until fully coated.
  8. 8. Cover the bowl.
  9. 9. Place it in the refrigerator overnight to let the flavors develop.
  10. 10. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  11. 11. Place the tray on the second rack from the bottom in the oven.
  12. 12. Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade.
  13. 13. Pat them dry with paper towels to ensure crispiness.
  14. 14. Season them lightly with salt.
  15. 15. Oil a grill rack.
  16. 16. Place the chicken pieces on the grill rack above the baking sheet.
  17. 17. Roast them in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius (convection) or 220 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat) for about 10 minutes.
