Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 100 g vegetable onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0.5 tsp cumin
- 0.25 tsp ginger
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch saffron
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and the garlic cloves.
- 2. Roughly chop the onions and the garlic.
- 3. Place the chopped onions, garlic, spices, and one tablespoon of oil into the electric food processor.
- 4. Process the ingredients until you have a smooth paste.
- 5. Rinse the chicken breast fillets under running water.
- 6. Pat the fillets dry with a kitchen towel.
- 7. Coat the chicken breast fillets thoroughly with the spice paste.
- 8. Place the marinated fillets in the refrigerator.
- 9. Let the fillets marinate for at least one hour.
- 10. Heat the remaining oil in a frying pan.
- 11. Fry the chicken breast fillets on all sides.
- 12. Deglaze the meat with the chicken broth.
- 13. Simmer everything for about ten minutes.
- 14. Slice the chicken breast fillets diagonally.
- 15. Arrange the slices for serving.
