🍽️ Lemon-Garlic Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients
- 500 g shrimp
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 250 g cocktail tomatoes (for decoration)
Instructions
- 1. Hold the shrimp under cold running water and rinse them thoroughly.
- 2. Take a clean kitchen towel and gently pat the shrimp dry.
- 3. Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into a small bowl.
- 4. Add a small pinch of salt to the lemon bowl.
- 5. Pour a splash of olive oil into the bowl.
- 6. Stir the ingredients with a fork or spoon until they are well blended.
- 7. Peel one clove of garlic from its skin.
- 8. Press the garlic directly over the prepared shrimp.
- 9. Grind fresh black pepper over the shrimp.
- 10. Pour the lemon marinade evenly over all the shrimp.
- 11. Place the bowl with the shrimp in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 12. Take the shrimp out of the refrigerator after the time has passed.
- 13. Place the shrimp onto a clean plate.
- 14. Cut fresh tomatoes into pieces or slices.
- 15. Decorate the plate with the tomato pieces.
