  1. 1. Hold the shrimp under cold running water and rinse them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Take a clean kitchen towel and gently pat the shrimp dry.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice of one whole lemon into a small bowl.
  4. 4. Add a small pinch of salt to the lemon bowl.
  5. 5. Pour a splash of olive oil into the bowl.
  6. 6. Stir the ingredients with a fork or spoon until they are well blended.
  7. 7. Peel one clove of garlic from its skin.
  8. 8. Press the garlic directly over the prepared shrimp.
  9. 9. Grind fresh black pepper over the shrimp.
  10. 10. Pour the lemon marinade evenly over all the shrimp.
  11. 11. Place the bowl with the shrimp in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  12. 12. Take the shrimp out of the refrigerator after the time has passed.
  13. 13. Place the shrimp onto a clean plate.
  14. 14. Cut fresh tomatoes into pieces or slices.
  15. 15. Decorate the plate with the tomato pieces.
