🍰 Spicy Pears with Orange Dressing

Ingredients
- 0.5 red chili pepper
- 0.5 orange
- 2 tsp liquid lavender honey
- 300 g juicy pears (2 juicy pears)
- 300 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 1 sprig tarragon
Instructions
- 1. Take the half chili pepper and remove the seeds.
- 2. Wash the chili pepper thoroughly.
- 3. Finely chop the chili pepper.
- 4. Squeeze the half orange.
- 5. Pour the orange juice into a small bowl.
- 6. Add the finely chopped chili pieces to the bowl with the juice.
- 7. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 8. Stir the mixture of juice, chili, and honey well.
- 9. Wash the pears under running water.
- 10. Cut the pears into four equal quarters.
- 11. Cut out the hard cores from the pear pieces.
- 12. Slice the pear pieces into thin slices.
- 13. Place the pear slices on two plates.
- 14. Pour the chili-orange mixture over the pears.
- 15. Let the pears marinate in the dressing for ten minutes.
- 16. Wash the fresh tarragon under running water.
- 17. Shake the tarragon dry.
- 18. Pluck the small tarragon leaves from the stems.
- 19. Finely chop the tarragon leaves.
- 20. Put the yogurt into a separate bowl.
- 21. Add the finely chopped tarragon leaves to the yogurt bowl.
- 22. Stir the yogurt and tarragon together well.
- 23. Pour the yogurt-tarragon mixture over the marinated pears.
- 24. Serve the dish immediately.
