🍽️ Grilled Neck Steaks in Beer-Lemon Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp sharp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp grated lemon zest
- Tabasco
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 125 ml beer
- pepper
- 4 pork neck steaks (approx. 180 g each)
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them roughly.
- 2. Add the mustard, lemon juice, lemon zest, Tabasco, thyme, beer, and some pepper to a blender.
- 3. Blend all ingredients until you have a smooth marinade.
- 4. Place the steaks into the marinade.
- 5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or preferably overnight.
- 6. Remove the steaks from the marinade and let them drain well.
- 7. Preheat the grill.
- 8. Grill the steaks on the hot grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
- 9. Season the steaks with salt after grilling.
- 10. Serve the steaks with toasted baguette and herb butter as desired.
