Ingredients
- 70 ml peanut oil
- 50 ml soy sauce
- 20 g tomato paste
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions
- 1. Put the peanut oil, soy sauce, and tomato paste into a bowl.
- 2. Stir the ingredients with a spoon or whisk until they are well combined.
- 3. Add the chili flakes, paprika powder, and garlic powder.
- 4. Season the mixture with some black pepper.
- 5. Take your grilled meat, for example, a beef steak.
- 6. Brush the meat evenly with the marinade.
- 7. Place the meat into a bowl.
- 8. Cover the bowl or wrap the meat tightly in aluminum foil.
- 9. Put the meat in the refrigerator for at least four hours.
- 10. It is best to let it marinate overnight.
- 11. Remove the meat from the marinade shortly before grilling.
- 12. Let the excess marinade drain off the meat.
- 13. Grill the meat to your liking.
- 14. Season the meat with salt again during grilling if necessary.
