🍽️ Mustard-Honey Dip for Meat and Fish

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch parsley
- 1 tsp medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp sour cream
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the parsley under running water.
- 2. Shake off excess water to dry the parsley.
- 3. Finely chop the parsley leaves.
- 4. Place the mustard in a small bowl.
- 5. Add the sour cream to the bowl.
- 6. Add the oil to the mixture.
- 7. Add the honey to the bowl.
- 8. Add the balsamic vinegar to the bowl.
- 9. Stir all ingredients together well.
- 10. Season the marinade with salt.
- 11. Season the marinade with pepper.
- 12. Transfer the finished marinade into a small serving dish.
- 13. Sprinkle the finely chopped parsley over the marinade.
- 14. Use the marinade to marinate meat or fish.
