  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into small cubes, removing the pit. Place the mango cubes in the freezer for about 20 minutes to freeze them thoroughly.
  2. 2. Wash the arugula thoroughly, remove any damaged leaves, and spin it dry. Peel the bananas and slice them into thick rounds.
  3. 3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges and the lemon. Add the fruit juice along with the banana slices, arugula, yogurt, honey, and frozen mango cubes to the blender. Puree everything until smooth and creamy.
  4. 4. Add a little cold water if the smoothie is too thick, according to your preference. Pour it into glasses and serve immediately.
