🍽️ Fruity Mango-Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 large, ripe mango
- 1 small grapefruit
- 1 lime
- 20 g fresh ginger (1 piece)
- ice cubes
- 1 tbsp honey
- cold mineral water (still for topping up)
- mint (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango.
- 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Cut the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 4. Place the mango cubes on a flat tray.
- 5. Put the tray in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
- 6. Halve the grapefruit.
- 7. Halve the lime.
- 8. Squeeze the juice out of the grapefruit.
- 9. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 10. Peel the ginger.
- 11. Roughly chop the ginger.
- 12. Put the frozen mango cubes into the blender.
- 13. Add the grapefruit juice to the blender.
- 14. Add some ice cubes to the blender.
- 15. Add the honey to the blender.
- 16. Press the chopped ginger through a garlic press directly into the blender.
- 17. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- 18. Taste the smoothie and adjust the flavor if needed.
- 19. Pour the drink into two glasses.
- 20. Top up the glasses with cold mineral water to your liking.
- 21. Stir the drink gently.
- 22. Garnish the smoothie with lime wedges if desired.
