  4. 4. Peel the red onion and slice it into thin rings.
  5. 5. Peel the mango and cut the flesh about 1 centimeter thick away from the pit.
  6. 6. Cut the mango pieces into small cubes.
  7. 7. Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
  8. 8. Carefully loosen the avocado flesh from the skin using a spoon.
  9. 9. Cut the avocado into approximately 1-centimeter cubes.
  10. 10. Wash the spring onions and remove the tough ends.
  11. 11. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  12. 12. Place the orange segments, mango cubes, onion rings, and avocado cubes into a large bowl.
  13. 13. Gently toss the ingredients together to avoid crushing them.
  14. 14. Mix the collected orange juice with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
