🍽️ Chard Vegetable Wraps

Ingredients
- 20 g dried autumn trumpet
- 1 avocado
- 50 g sour cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt
- chili flakes
- 1 swiss chard
- 150 g red beet
- 150 g yellow beet
- 2 handfuls watercress
Instructions
- 1. Soak the mushrooms according to the package instructions.
- 2. Then pat the mushrooms dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the avocado and cut it in half.
- 4. Remove the pit of the avocado.
- 5. Mash the avocado flesh finely with a fork.
- 6. Stir the sour cream into the avocado.
- 7. Season the mixture with lemon juice, salt, and chili.
- 8. Wash the chard and clean it.
- 9. Remove the tough leaf ribs from the chard.
- 10. Cut the chard leaves into pieces, depending on how large you want your rolls to be.
- 11. Peel the red and yellow beets.
- 12. Finely shred the beets into strips.
- 13. Rinse the cress and let it drain well.
- 14. Place the beets, cress, and mushrooms in the center of the chard leaves.
- 15. Roll the leaves into rolls of your desired size.
- 16. Serve the wraps with the avocado cream.
