🍽️ Refreshing Mango Yoghurt Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 300 g MinusL shelf-stable yogurt (plain)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango completely.
- 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Cut the mango into rough chunks.
- 4. Place the mango chunks into the blender.
- 5. Add the sugar.
- 6. Pour in the lemon juice.
- 7. Add the yoghurt to the mixture.
- 8. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
- 9. Thin the mixture with about 250 milliliters of water.
- 10. Adjust the consistency so that it is thick.
- 11. Blend the liquid briefly again.
- 12. Wait until the drink is frothy.
- 13. Pour the finished drink into glasses.
- 14. Serve the drink immediately.
