🍽️ Tropical Ice Cream with Coconut and Mango

Ingredients
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Orange (juice)
- 1 Lemon (juice)
- 250 ml Coconut milk
- 2 Mangoes
Instructions
- 1. Put sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and coconut milk into a pot.
- 2. Bring the mixture to a boil on the stove.
- 3. Let the liquid simmer gently for 1 to 2 minutes.
- 4. Remove the pot from the heat once the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 5. Let the mixture cool down in the pot.
- 6. Peel the mangoes and cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 7. Puree the mango flesh in a mixer.
- 8. Add the cooled syrup mixture to the puree and blend everything into a smooth mass.
- 9. Choose a preparation method: Use an ice cream maker or a shallow metal dish.
- 10. If using an ice cream maker, pour in the mixture and process it.
- 11. If choosing the dish method, pour the mixture into the shallow metal dish.
- 12. Cover the dish and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- 13. Stir the mixture vigorously with a fork several times during the freezing process.
- 14. Scoop balls of the finished ice cream using an ice cream scoop.
- 15. Fill the ice cream balls into coconut shell halves.
- 16. Serve the ice cream as you like.
