🍽️ Fresh Mango Lime Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 unwaxed lime
- 2 mangoes
- 2 handful crushed ice
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lime thoroughly under hot water.
- 2. Grate the lime peel into fine zest strips using a grater.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of the lime.
- 4. Peel the mangoes and carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 5. Set aside four nice slices of the flesh to use for garnishing later.
- 6. Put the remaining mango flesh, lime juice, ice cubes, and syrup to your taste into the blender.
- 7. Blend the mixture in the blender until it is fine and smooth.
- 8. Distribute the puree evenly across several glasses.
- 9. Fill the glasses with ice-cold water.
- 10. Decorate each drink with the reserved mango slices and lime zest.
- 11. Serve the drink immediately.
