  3. 3. Puree the remaining mango until it forms a smooth puree.
  4. 4. Soak the gelatin in the specified water until it becomes soft.
  5. 5. Dissolve the soft gelatin (e.g., in a warm water bath or microwave).
  6. 6. Stir the sugar and lemon juice into the mango puree.
  7. 7. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and mix everything well.
  8. 8. Whip the double cream (a cream with high fat content) stiff using the electric hand mixer.
  9. 9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture.
  10. 10. Divide the cream among small dessert plates.
  11. 11. Place the plates in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to set the cream.
  12. 12. Garnish the finished cream with the remaining mango cubes before serving.
