Ingredients
- 150 g mango (can)
- 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
- 3 tbsp water
- 100 g sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 350 g crème double
Instructions
- 1. Place the mango pieces in a colander and let them drain well.
- 2. Take 100 grams of the drained mango and cut it into small cubes.
- 3. Puree the remaining mango until it forms a smooth puree.
- 4. Soak the gelatin in the specified water until it becomes soft.
- 5. Dissolve the soft gelatin (e.g., in a warm water bath or microwave).
- 6. Stir the sugar and lemon juice into the mango puree.
- 7. Add the dissolved gelatin to the mango mixture and mix everything well.
- 8. Whip the double cream (a cream with high fat content) stiff using the electric hand mixer.
- 9. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mango mixture.
- 10. Divide the cream among small dessert plates.
- 11. Place the plates in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to set the cream.
- 12. Garnish the finished cream with the remaining mango cubes before serving.
