🍳 Fresh Mango and Grape Salad

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango
- 200 g blue grapes
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp liquid honey
- mint
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango.
- 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Cut the fruit into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Wash the grapes thoroughly.
- 5. Halve the grapes.
- 6. Remove the seeds from the grapes if necessary.
- 7. Place the grapes in a bowl.
- 8. Add the mango cubes.
- 9. Mix the lemon juice with 80 milliliters of water.
- 10. Stir cinnamon and honey into the liquid.
- 11. Pour the dressing mixture over the fruit.
- 12. Toss everything well so the fruit is evenly coated.
- 13. Garnish the salad with fresh mint.
- 14. Serve the salad immediately.
