Ingredients
- 200 g mango (0.5 mangos)
- 60 g whole wheat toast (2 slice)
- 10 g margarine (2 tsp)
- 10 g coconut flakes (1 heaped tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the mango flesh away from the pit.
- 2. Slice the mango flesh into thin pieces.
- 3. Toast the bread slices in the toaster.
- 4. Let the toast slices cool down for a moment.
- 5. Spread the slightly warm toast slices thinly with margarine.
- 6. Place the mango slices evenly on top of the toast.
- 7. Sprinkle the coconut flakes generously over the fruit.
