  2. 2. Carefully slice the flesh off the pit.
  3. 3. Set aside one narrow slice of the mango for later decoration.
  4. 4. Dice the remaining part of the fruit flesh into small pieces.
  5. 5. Place the mango cubes, kefir, and honey into a tall, narrow container.
  6. 6. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is very fine and smooth.
  7. 7. Pour the finished smoothie into a drinking glass.
  8. 8. Add a few ice cubes to the smoothie.
  9. 9. Stir the mineral water in briefly and gently to mix it.
  10. 10. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds over the smoothie.
  11. 11. Insert the reserved mango slice as a decoration into the smoothie.
  12. 12. Enjoy the smoothie immediately while fresh.
