  4. 4. Wash the bell pepper thoroughly.

  6. 6. Halve the lemon.
  7. 7. Squeeze the juice from the lemon half.
  8. 8. Add the mango, the pepper, the orange juice, and the lemon juice to a stand blender.
  9. 9. Blend the ingredients into a fine, smooth mixture.
  10. 10. Distribute the smoothie evenly among four bowls.
  11. 11. Peel the kiwis.
  12. 12. Halve the kiwis lengthwise.
  13. 13. Slice the kiwi halves into thin slices.
  14. 14. Chop the pistachios coarsely.
  15. 15. Decoratively place the kiwi slices on the smoothie bowls.
  16. 16. Sprinkle the chopped pistachios over the bowls.
  17. 17. Top the bowls with flaxseeds.
