  2. 2. Carefully cut the soft fruit flesh away from the large seed.
  3. 3. Put the mango flesh into a tall mixing cup.
  4. 4. Add the sugar.
  5. 5. Pour in the lime juice.
  6. 6. Pour in the orange liqueur.
  7. 7. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until it is very fine and smooth.
  8. 8. Pour the fruit mixture through a fine sieve to remove any coarse fibers.
  9. 9. Set the yogurt aside.
  10. 10. Use the whisk attachments of your electric hand mixer.
  11. 11. Whip the yogurt with the fruit liquid until it becomes airy and foamy.
  12. 12. Fill the creamy mixture into a shallow metal bowl.
  13. 13. Cover the bowl.
  14. 14. Place the bowl in the freezer compartment.
  15. 15. Wait until the mixture starts to freeze slightly at the edges.
  16. 16. Take a fork.
  17. 17. Stir the mixture vigorously to break up ice crystals.
  18. 18. Wait 20 minutes.
  19. 19. Repeat the vigorous stirring with the fork.
  20. 20. Do this every 20 minutes a total of three to four times.
  21. 21. Alternatively, you can finish freezing the mixture in an ice cream maker.
  22. 22. Wash the raspberries under running water.
  23. 23. Remove all green stems and leaves.
  24. 24. Sort the berries to remove any rotten or unripe ones.
  25. 25. Let the raspberries drain well.
  26. 26. Put the raspberries into the mixing cup.
  27. 27. Pour in the orange juice.
  28. 28. Sift the powdered sugar over the berries.
  29. 29. Puree everything into a smooth sauce.
  30. 30. Strain the sauce through a fine sieve to remove seeds and fibers.
  31. 31. Take the mango cream out of the freezer shortly before serving.
  32. 32. Let the cream thaw briefly so it is easy to portion.
  33. 33. Use an ice cream scoop.
  34. 34. Form round balls from the mango cream.
  35. 35. Place the ice balls into small ice cream cups or bowls.
  36. 36. Drizzle the balls generously with the raspberry sauce.
  37. 37. Garnish the dessert with fresh mint leaves.
