  5. 5. Mix the cornstarch with a small splash of cold water until smooth.
  6. 6. Add the remaining water, the lime juice, and the powdered sugar to a pot.
  7. 7. Bring the mixture in the pot to a boil.
  8. 8. Pour the mixed cornstarch into the boiling liquid while stirring constantly.
  9. 9. Let the mixture boil once briefly.
  10. 10. Remove the pot from the heat.
  11. 11. Let the cream cool down completely while stirring occasionally.
  12. 12. Peel the mango.
  13. 13. Slice thin pieces from the flesh.
  14. 14. Cut some of the slices into thin strips.
  15. 15. Dice the remaining part of the mango into small cubes.
  16. 16. Distribute the mango cubes evenly onto 12 small bowls.
  17. 17. Stir the yogurt into the cooled lime cream.
  18. 18. Whip the cream until stiff.
  19. 19. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt cream.
  20. 20. Finally, taste the cream to adjust the flavor.
  21. 21. Pour the finished cream over the mango cubes in the bowls.
