Ingredients
- 500 g yogurt
- 250 ml ice water
- 4 tbsp sugar
- crushed ice
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and carefully cut the soft flesh away from the pit. Then cut the fruit flesh into small, even cubes.
- 2. Put the yogurt, ice-cold water, the mango cubes, and the sugar into a blender. Blend the ingredients until the surface becomes nicely foamy. Add the crushed ice, blend it through briefly, and serve the drink immediately or chill it.
