  3. 3. Dice the fruit flesh into rough chunks.
  4. 4. Weigh the prepared mango.
  5. 5. Weigh out exactly the same amount of jam sugar.
  6. 6. Place the mango chunks, sugar, and lime juice into a pot.
  7. 7. Let the mixture sit for two hours.
  8. 8. Stir in the coconut flakes.
  9. 9. Pour in the coconut liqueur.
  10. 10. Bring the entire mixture to a boil.
  11. 11. Let the jam bubble gently for four minutes.
  12. 12. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
  13. 13. Perform the setting test to be sure.
  14. 14. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
  15. 15. Seal the jars tightly.
  16. 16. Place the jars upside down for a short moment.
  17. 17. Turn the jars right side up after a few minutes.
  18. 18. Let the jam cool down completely.
