🍽️ Tropical Mango Coconut Jam

Ingredients
- 2 mangoes
- 250 g jam sugar
- 50 g coconut flakes
- 1 lime (juice and grated zest)
- 40 ml coconut liqueur
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes.
- 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 3. Dice the fruit flesh into rough chunks.
- 4. Weigh the prepared mango.
- 5. Weigh out exactly the same amount of jam sugar.
- 6. Place the mango chunks, sugar, and lime juice into a pot.
- 7. Let the mixture sit for two hours.
- 8. Stir in the coconut flakes.
- 9. Pour in the coconut liqueur.
- 10. Bring the entire mixture to a boil.
- 11. Let the jam bubble gently for four minutes.
- 12. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- 13. Perform the setting test to be sure.
- 14. Fill the hot jam into prepared jars.
- 15. Seal the jars tightly.
- 16. Place the jars upside down for a short moment.
- 17. Turn the jars right side up after a few minutes.
- 18. Let the jam cool down completely.
