Ingredients
- 80 g mango (can or fresh fruit flesh)
- 75 g yogurt (1.5% fat; 3 tbsp)
- 1 tsp honey
- mineral water (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the mango into large chunks.
- 2. Place the mango chunks into a tall container or directly into a drinking glass.
- 3. Add the yogurt and the honey.
- 4. Blend everything with a hand blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 5. If the mixture is too thick, stir in a little mineral water.
- 6. Drink the smoothie directly from the glass with a straw or spoon it out.
