🍳 Creamy Mango Semolina Pudding with Yogurt Swirl

Ingredients
- 2 small mangoes (600 g)
- 1 l milk (1.5% fat)
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp whole cane sugar (20 g)
- 100 g soft wheat whole grain semolina
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes and remove the flesh from the pits.
- 2. Dice half of the fruit flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Coarsely puree the remaining fruit flesh together with 100 milliliters of milk.
- 4. Bring the remaining milk to a boil in a pot together with turmeric and sugar.
- 5. Sprinkle the semolina into the boiling milk.
- 6. Stir constantly and let the semolina swell for about 5 minutes over very low heat.
- 7. Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool down briefly.
- 8. Stir two-thirds of the prepared mango puree into the cooled semolina pudding.
- 9. Distribute the pudding mixture onto individual plates.
- 10. Stir the yogurt until smooth.
- 11. Fold the yogurt into the pudding to create a marbled effect.
- 12. Place the remaining mango puree on top of the pudding.
- 13. Sprinkle the diced mango pieces over the pudding.
- 14. Lightly dust everything with cinnamon.
- 15. Serve the remaining mango cubes and the rest of the yogurt separately on the side.
