  1. 1. Wash the mango thoroughly under running water.
  2. 2. Remove the skin using a vegetable peeler.
  3. 3. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
  4. 4. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes.
  5. 5. Cut the grapefruit in half.
  6. 6. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit.
  7. 7. Wash the mint.
  8. 8. Dry the mint thoroughly, for example in a salad spinner.
  9. 9. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
  10. 10. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
  11. 11. Rinse the raspberries gently if necessary.
  12. 12. Let the raspberries drain well.
  13. 13. Place the raspberries in a tall container.
  14. 14. Add the mango cubes.
  15. 15. Pour in the grapefruit juice.
  16. 16. Puree the mixture very finely using a hand blender.
  17. 17. Whip the mixture until frothy.
  18. 18. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
  19. 19. Pour the cocktail over the ice.
  20. 20. Dilute the drink with mineral water to taste.
  21. 21. Garnish the glasses with the mint strips.
