🥤 Fruity Mango Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients
- 350 g ripe mango (1 ripe mango)
- 200 g pink grapefruit (1 pink grapefruit)
- 2 sprigs mint
- 150 g raspberries
- mineral water (to taste)
- Also: ice cubes
Instructions
- 1. Wash the mango thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Remove the skin using a vegetable peeler.
- 3. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
- 4. Dice the mango flesh into small cubes.
- 5. Cut the grapefruit in half.
- 6. Squeeze the juice from the grapefruit.
- 7. Wash the mint.
- 8. Dry the mint thoroughly, for example in a salad spinner.
- 9. Pluck the mint leaves off the stems.
- 10. Cut the mint leaves into thin strips.
- 11. Rinse the raspberries gently if necessary.
- 12. Let the raspberries drain well.
- 13. Place the raspberries in a tall container.
- 14. Add the mango cubes.
- 15. Pour in the grapefruit juice.
- 16. Puree the mixture very finely using a hand blender.
- 17. Whip the mixture until frothy.
- 18. Fill the glasses with ice cubes.
- 19. Pour the cocktail over the ice.
- 20. Dilute the drink with mineral water to taste.
- 21. Garnish the glasses with the mint strips.
