🍰 Tropical Mango-Berry-Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes
- 100 ml orange juice (juice of one orange)
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 40 g crème fraîche (2 tbsp)
- 250 g blueberries
- 20 g coconut flakes (2 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes.
- 2. Cut the flesh into small cubes.
- 3. Place the mango cubes, orange juice, one tablespoon of lime juice, coconut milk, and crème fraîche into a blender.
- 4. Puree the mixture until it is smooth and fine.
- 5. Wash the blueberries.
- 6. Gently pat the berries dry.
- 7. Puree the blueberries with the remaining lime juice.
- 8. Take three to four tablespoons of the mango mixture.
- 9. Stir this amount into the blueberry puree.
- 10. Fill the popsicle molds in layers.
- 11. Put the blueberry mixture into the molds first.
- 12. Layer the mango mixture on top.
- 13. Place the molds in the freezer for about one hour.
- 14. Sprinkle the frozen surface with shredded coconut.
- 15. Insert the wooden sticks.
- 16. Freeze the popsicles completely for another three hours.
- 17. Carefully remove the finished popsicles from the molds before serving.
