🍰 Tropical Mango and Strawberry Salad with Cream Cheese Dumplings

Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese (fitness)
- 30 g chopped pistachios
- 2 tsp honey
- 1 mango
- 500 g strawberries
- juice of 1 oranges
Instructions
- 1. Mix the cream cheese with 20 grams of chopped pistachios and the honey in a bowl until a creamy mixture forms.
- 2. Place the bowl with the cream cheese mixture in the refrigerator for a few minutes to let it firm up.
- 3. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into thin strips by slicing it away from the pit.
- 4. Rinse the strawberries under cold water and remove the green stems.
- 5. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces.
- 6. Arrange the mango strips and strawberry slices in a serving bowl.
- 7. Drizzle the fruit with the orange juice.
- 8. Take the cream cheese mixture out of the refrigerator and wet two teaspoons with a little water.
- 9. Use the wet spoons to scoop out small, round dumplings (nocks) from the cream cheese mixture.
- 10. Place the cream cheese dumplings on top of the fruit in the bowl.
- 11. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios over the salad for garnish.
