  1. 1. Peel the mangoes.
  2. 2. Carefully cut the flesh away from the pit.
  3. 3. Set aside one quarter of the fruit flesh.
  4. 4. Cut this quarter into thin slices.
  5. 5. Prepare the slices for decoration.
  6. 6. Place the remaining mango portion into a blender.
  7. 7. Add the sugar.
  8. 8. Add the lemon juice.
  9. 9. Add the cardamom spice.
  10. 10. Pour in the coconut milk.
  11. 11. Add the cream.
  12. 12. Blend the mixture until smooth.
  13. 13. Take pre-chilled, sugar-loaf-shaped molds.
  14. 14. Fill the mango mixture into the molds.
  15. 15. Place the molds in the freezer.
  16. 16. Let the ice cream cool for at least 4 hours.
  17. 17. Cut the passion fruits in half.
  18. 18. Scoop out the fruit flesh and seeds.
  19. 19. Dip the filled molds briefly into hot water.
  20. 20. Invert the ice cream onto plates.
  21. 21. Pour the passion fruit flesh over the ice cream.
  22. 22. Garnish the dish with the prepared mango slices.
  23. 23. Serve the ice cream immediately.
