🍰 Mango Delicacy with Chai Yogurt

Ingredients
- 2 bags chai tea
- 30 g pistachio kernels (2 tbsp)
- 1 ripe mango
- 3.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 250 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp honey (15 g)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground allspice
- 125 g cold whipping cream
Instructions
- 1. Bring 50 milliliters of water to a boil. Pour the boiling water over the tea bag and let the tea steep for 5 minutes. Remove the bag and let the tea cool down.
- 2. Roast the pistachios in a hot pan without fat over medium heat for 3 minutes. Remove them from the pan and let them cool slightly.
- 3. Peel the mango. Cut the flesh into thin, bite-sized slices from the pit. Drizzle with lemon juice and place into 4 small glass bowls.
- 4. Finely chop the pistachios. Mix the yogurt with the cooled tea and honey. Season the mixture with cinnamon and allspice and adjust to taste. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it in. Distribute the cream over the mango pieces and garnish with the pistachios.
