🥤 Fruity Mango Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
- 5 juice oranges
- 1 small ripe mango
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the oranges in half.
- 2. Squeeze the juice out of the orange halves.
- 3. Peel the mango completely.
- 4. Slice the flesh off the pit.
- 5. Dice the mango slices roughly.
- 6. Peel the banana.
- 7. Break the banana into small pieces.
- 8. Put the orange juice, mango pieces, and yogurt into the blender.
- 9. Add the banana pieces to the blender as well.
- 10. Blend the mixture until smooth using a blender or hand blender.
- 11. Pour the drink into two glasses with a capacity of 300 milliliters each.
