🍽️ Creamy Almond Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
- 100 g peeled almond kernels
- 50 g butter
- 150 ml whipping cream (min. 30% fat content)
- 1 knife tip untreated grated lemon zest
- 1 pinch freshly ground nutmeg
- almond slices (for garnish)
- fresh dill (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Grind half of the almonds into fine flour and chop the other half finely.
- 2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Toast the chopped and ground almonds in it briefly. Pour in the cream and let the mixture simmer for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring constantly.
- 3. Stir in the grated lemon zest and ground nutmeg. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and serve it garnished with almond slices and fresh dill.
