  1. 1. Mix the almonds with the condensed milk in a bowl.
  2. 2. Let the mixture soak overnight.
  3. 3. Strain the milk through a sieve the next day.
  4. 4. Squeeze the almonds well in the sieve to remove the remaining milk.
  5. 5. Use the squeezed almonds for another dish.
  6. 6. Warm the butter in a pot.
  7. 7. Add the honey and the almond milk to the butter.
  8. 8. Stir the mixture until it boils.
  9. 9. Let the mixture simmer for about 25 minutes.
  10. 10. Wait until the mixture caramelizes, becoming golden brown and thick.
  11. 11. Fold the pistachios into the caramelized mixture.
  12. 12. Line a baking sheet with baking paper (approx. 20x20 cm).
  13. 13. Pour the mixture onto the prepared tray.
  14. 14. Smooth the surface.
  15. 15. Let the confection cool completely.
  16. 16. Cut the cooled confection into pieces.
  17. 17. Serve the pieces.
