🍰 Crunchy Almond Cake

Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Packet Vanilla Sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 0.5 Packet Baking Powder
- 250 g Flour
- 100 g Ground Almond Kernels
- 50 ml Milk
- 60 g Whole Almond Kernels
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius with convection (fan).
- 2. Put butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and a pinch of salt into a large bowl.
- 3. Beat the ingredients with a hand mixer until the mixture is creamy and airy.
- 4. Add the eggs one by one and beat the mixture for another 3 minutes.
- 5. Mix baking powder, flour, and ground almonds in a separate bowl.
- 6. Gently fold the dry mixture into the batter until it is smooth.
- 7. Fill the batter into your prepared molds.
- 8. Decorate the surface with a few whole almonds.
- 9. Place the molds on a baking rack.
- 10. Bake the cake in the preheated oven (center) for about 45 minutes.
- 11. Remove the molds from the oven.
- 12. Let the cake cool in the molds for 15 minutes.
- 13. Take the cake out of the molds.
