  6. 6. Knead the ground almonds with powdered sugar, lemon zest, and 6 to 8 tablespoons of water.
  7. 7. Make sure a firm marzipan dough forms.
  8. 8. Shape small balls from the dough.
  9. 9. Roll the balls in pine nuts.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  11. 11. Bake the balls in the hot oven until golden yellow.
  12. 12. Watch the baking time closely; it should be 10 to 20 minutes.
