🍽️ Crunchy Almond Cookies

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 1 pinch salt
- 150 g sugar
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 280 g ground almond kernels (peeled)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Line one or two baking sheets with baking paper.
- 3. Beat the egg whites together with the orange juice and a pinch of salt until very stiff.
- 4. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar gradually and stir them in.
- 5. Gently fold the nuts into the mixture.
- 6. Fill the mixture into a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle.
- 7. Pipe small mounds with a diameter of about 1.5 centimeters onto the tray.
- 8. Bake the cookies in the oven for about 20 minutes until they are light brown.
