🍽️ Crunchy Almond Clusters

Ingredients
- 150 g Almond slivers
- 100 g Almond flakes
- 75 g Butter
- 40 g Cane sugar
- 30 g Honey
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 50 g Whole wheat flour
- Oil
- 150 g Dark chocolate
Instructions
- 1. Put the almonds, butter, sugar, honey, milk, and flour into a pot.
- 2. Place the pot on the stove and heat the mixture over medium to high heat.
- 3. Stir the ingredients constantly.
- 4. Stop stirring when all ingredients have formed a solid dough ball.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Let the mixture cool until it is lukewarm.
- 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 8. Form small mounds from the mixture.
- 9. Place the mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
- 10. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
- 11. Bake the clusters in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
- 12. Remove the tray from the oven.
- 13. Immediately detach the clusters from the paper.
- 14. Place the clusters on a wire rack.
- 15. Let them cool completely there.
- 16. Chop the chocolate.
- 17. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler).
- 18. Melt the chopped chocolate using the double boiler.
- 19. Spread the melted chocolate onto the bottom side of the cooled cookies.
