  1. 1. Put the almonds, butter, sugar, honey, milk, and flour into a pot.
  2. 2. Place the pot on the stove and heat the mixture over medium to high heat.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients constantly.
  4. 4. Stop stirring when all ingredients have formed a solid dough ball.
  5. 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
  6. 6. Let the mixture cool until it is lukewarm.
  7. 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  8. 8. Form small mounds from the mixture.
  9. 9. Place the mounds onto the prepared baking sheet.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
  11. 11. Bake the clusters in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
  12. 12. Remove the tray from the oven.
  13. 13. Immediately detach the clusters from the paper.
  14. 14. Place the clusters on a wire rack.
  15. 15. Let them cool completely there.
  16. 16. Chop the chocolate.
  17. 17. Place a heatproof bowl over a pot with simmering water (double boiler).
  18. 18. Melt the chopped chocolate using the double boiler.
  19. 19. Spread the melted chocolate onto the bottom side of the cooled cookies.
