🥤 Roasted Almond Vanilla Milk

Ingredients
- 400 ml Milk
- 100 ml Whipping cream
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 150 g Almond kernels (chopped)
- 2 drops Bitter almond flavor
Instructions
- 1. Place the almonds in a pot without oil.
- 2. Roast the almonds until they are golden brown.
- 3. Pour the milk and cream over the almonds.
- 4. Slice the vanilla pod lengthwise.
- 5. Add the split vanilla pod and honey to the milk.
- 6. Let the mixture simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- 7. Strain the milk through a sieve.
- 8. Pour the finished milk into two glasses.
