  2. 2. Stir the ground almonds and grated chocolate into the mixture.
  3. 3. Add the flour, cocoa powder, and starch.
  4. 4. Quickly knead the ingredients together into a soft dough.
  5. 5. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap.
  6. 6. Let the dough chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  8. 8. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to a thickness of 3 millimeters.
  9. 9. Cut star shapes from the dough.
  10. 10. Place the stars on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. 11. Bake the stars in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes.

  13. 13. Let the stars cool completely on a wire rack.
  14. 14. Melt the chocolate coating in a double boiler.
  15. 15. Coat half of the cooled stars with the chocolate.
