🍳 Almond Milk Porridge with Blueberries

Ingredients
- 800 ml almond milk
- 200 g fine oat flakes
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 120 g fresh blueberries (alternatively frozen)
- 50 g unpeeled almond kernels (4 tbsp)
- 20 g amaranth puffs (4 tsp)
- 60 g almond butter (4 tbsp)
Instructions
- 1. Heat the almond milk in a pot. Stir in the oats and maple syrup and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low and let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Meanwhile, wash the blueberries and pat them dry gently. Roughly chop the almonds.
- 3. Fill the porridge into glasses or small bowls. Garnish with the blueberries, chopped almonds, puffed amaranth, and a dollop of almond butter.
