  1. 1. Heat the almond milk in a pot. Stir in the oats and maple syrup and simmer over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Then reduce the heat to low and let the porridge swell for about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Meanwhile, wash the blueberries and pat them dry gently. Roughly chop the almonds.
  3. 3. Fill the porridge into glasses or small bowls. Garnish with the blueberries, chopped almonds, puffed amaranth, and a dollop of almond butter.
