🍰 Creamy Almond Pannacotta

Ingredients
- 2 tsp Agar-Agar (for 500 ml liquid)
- 500 ml Almond drink (almond milk)
- 30 g Raw cane sugar
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 1 Pear
- 2 tbsp Pistachios
- 4 tsp Lavender honey
Instructions
- 1. Add agar-agar (a plant-based gelling agent), the almond drink, the sugar, and the slit vanilla pod to a pot. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it simmer gently for about 2 minutes.
- 2. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool down slightly. Remove the vanilla pod and pour the milk into small bowls or glasses. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
- 3. Wash the pear before serving, cut it into quarters, and remove the core. Dice the pear pieces into small cubes. Finely chop the pistachios.
- 4. Top the finished almond pannacotta with the pear pieces and pistachios. Drizzle with honey and serve immediately.
