  6. 6. Put sugar, almonds, and cream into a pot.
  7. 7. Let the mixture simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. 8. Remove the pot from the heat.
  9. 9. Chop the cherries finely.
  10. 10. Stir the cherries into the warm almond mixture.
  11. 11. Whisk all the ingredients for the cream in a bowl until smooth.

  13. 13. Roll out the dough on the floured surface.
