  1. 1. Put the ground almonds and the orange peel into a large bowl.
  2. 2. Cover the mixture with about 1.5 liters of water.
  3. 3. Let the almonds soak for 2 hours.
  4. 4. Pour the liquid 2 to 3 times through a fine sieve into a clean bowl.
  5. 5. Finally, strain the remaining liquid through a cloth (like a cotton diaper) in the sieve to filter it.
  6. 6. Dissolve the sugar in the milk.
  7. 7. Mix the cocoa with the coconut flakes in a small dish.
  8. 8. Dip the glasses briefly in water so they are moist.
  9. 9. Invert the moist glasses into the cocoa-coconut mixture so that a ring sticks to them.
  10. 10. Fill the glasses with the almond milk.
  11. 11. Sprinkle some of the cocoa-coconut mixture over the drink.
  12. 12. Crush the pistachios.
  13. 13. Use the crushed pistachios for decoration.
