🍽️ Sweet Date-Almond Snacks

Ingredients
- 20 dates
- 120 g marzipan raw mass
- 1 tbsp orange blossom water
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 20 g almond kernels (peeled)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the dates lengthwise, but do not cut all the way through.
- 2. Remove the hard pits from the dates.
- 3. Place the marzipan (sweet almond paste), orange blossom water, and orange juice into a small pot.
- 4. Mash the ingredients with a fork until they are roughly combined.
- 5. Warm the mixture over the stove heat very gently.
- 6. Stir the mixture further until it is creamy and smooth.
- 7. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 8. Let the cream cool until it is easy to spread.
- 9. Take one teaspoon of the cream and fill it into a hollowed-out date.
- 10. Press a whole almond into the cream.
- 11. Fold the date back together to close the filling.
- 12. Serve the finished snacks with tea as you like.
