🍽️ Tangerine Apricot Smoothie

Ingredients
- 80 g mandarin or small orange (1 mandarin)
- 75 g dried apricots (soft apricots)
- 200 ml buttermilk
- 1 tbsp oat bran
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions
- 1. Peel the tangerine or orange completely.
- 2. Remove the white pith under the skin as well.
- 3. Separate the fruit into individual segments.
- 4. Remove any seeds if present.
- 5. Cut the apricots into coarse cubes.
- 6. Place the fruit segments and apricot cubes into a tall container.
- 7. Add the buttermilk.
- 8. Add the oat bran.
- 9. Take the honey and add it to the container as well.
- 10. Blend everything with a hand blender until the mixture is frothy and pureed.
- 11. Pour the shake into a tall glass.
- 12. Serve the drink immediately.
