  1. 1. Peel the tangerine or orange completely.
  2. 2. Remove the white pith under the skin as well.
  3. 3. Separate the fruit into individual segments.
  4. 4. Remove any seeds if present.
  5. 5. Cut the apricots into coarse cubes.
  6. 6. Place the fruit segments and apricot cubes into a tall container.
  7. 7. Add the buttermilk.
  8. 8. Add the oat bran.
  9. 9. Take the honey and add it to the container as well.
  10. 10. Blend everything with a hand blender until the mixture is frothy and pureed.
  11. 11. Pour the shake into a tall glass.
  12. 12. Serve the drink immediately.
